WHAT IS KINESIOLOGY?

Kinesiology (kin-easy-ology) is a natural therapy that combines Western techniques and the Eastern wisdom to tap into an individual’s subconscious mind to achieve 5 goals in relation to a goal set in a Kinesiology session:

  1. READ the person’s physical/structural (anatomical), mental/emotional (psychological), and bio-chemical (physiological) states
  2. UNCOVER the source(s) of stress in the triangle of health that is stopping the person from achieving that goal
  3. REVEAL the necessary correction(s) required to restore body and mind balance
  4. STIMULATE the person’s innate healing capacity
  5. ENABLE the client to understand patterns of behaviour and with this insight effectively make positive new choices and changes moving forward

HOW IT WORKS

These goals are achieved by using muscle testing as a biofeedback system.

Did you know that everything we have experienced in our lives to date is stored in our cellular/muscular memory along with the emotions and stresses experienced in each event? This explains why you may feel held back at times, fearful or reacts to situations in an illogical way. The good news is that our bodies have the wisdom to heal themselves and work continuously to maintain optimal health and equilibrium, however certain stressors create blocks to our natural healing capacity and help is needed to restore balance.

Kinesiology taps into these cellular/muscular memories using the biofeedback system and it obtains a neurological response that leads to the source or trigger of the problem and directs the kinesiologist to the solutions to correct the imbalances. With awareness comes the potential for clients to experience major shifts and truly transform their lives in all aspects.
